Earth says
And I will have my independence as well.
I will shoot rockets of salt into the sky,
The rain will smell of primroses, and
The wells will fill the sky.
The wolves and the dolphins
Will sing to me soliloquies–
Two part long distance harmonies.
The dinosaurs will blink
And the sloths move just a small bit slower
Than you can think.
All of nature will erupt and fornicate,
Wave flags and celebrate,
And I, I will declare myself
For myself, set free
No longer the ground you walk on,
Rather the wind beneath your feet.
