Here is a comfortable place to rest.
You could just stop the car
Pull in
Picnic by the river
Consume a brown bag lunch
Decide
This is far enough
Good enough
Enough spirit journey for the lifetime.
You could just
Stop
But you won’t.

Sometimes I wish I could stop. But I can’t and I know I won’t. I’ve been engaged in a massive cleansing over the last year that has culminated since April in ending my relationship, leaving my job, selling my condo, and starting a new life with my savings as a full time artist. I feel strongly I’m being called to do this but am shocked at what is being asked of me–To become empty of what I have created to be filled with creativity beyond myself. Of which I have had some experience over the last several years as an artist but only in the dribs and drabs of time I have been able to carve out.
Ahhh– you are one of us. The world wakers.
Rather say you have been amazed at what has been offered you.
A place on the leading edge of the wave of love.
Welcome!
Hi Alix, I love the way you have re-framed my situation. Since I’m still in the letting go process and not yet fully in the generative process I have been focused on loss. So I appreciate the perspective you provide me here. It feels more peaceful and empowering!
Jill
You are so welcome. Loss is loss, but it also makes space for magic!
Light on your path,
Alix
