This is a time of intense stress and change on the planet. Yet it is possible to ride the changes without trauma.  This is my wish for you.

I wish for you a web

Of light

Blue like a robin’s egg

Or the Caribbean ocean.

Sit inside the egg of you

Know you are always safe

Know you are always well

Know you are always a child of g-d

In all of their magnificence

It is possible to exhale stress

It is possible to exhale shame

It is possible to exhale the weight of the world

And all of its accoutrements.

Sit within the warm blue light

Let your feet feel Earth’s heart beat

Feel your soul breathe

Allow

The top of your head to flower roses

2012 is a year of change

Intense

Outrageous

Apparently unbearable

The schisms widen as we,

Incredulous, watch

And wonder how we can support them.

We must relearn our roots

We must prioritize

With the ruthless passion of saints

Ministering first and foremost

Simply to ourselves:

From that security,

All else is possible.
