The Power of Release

I was reminded in meditation class this morning that releasing and clearing old and unwanted energy from our space is beyond empowering: it is necessary for our growth and wellbeing.

I Release You

I release you.

May you float away

On the wings of angels.

I can’t live your life for you,

I cannot possibly know.

For me to think otherwise

Is ridiculous

Hubris.

So wise, this poem. We can not know what is best for another person. We have to love them enough to let them be free. Not an easy lesson. Hugs, pat
