Transformation is
Spelunking into the soul,
Cliff-diving the inner depths, like
Standing in thin air
And stepping off.
Transformation travels with the knowledge of fear.
(Bring with you laughter, and pack determination.)
Transformation is us doing our work,
Except it’s not really work, simply
A passage.
Like the French, passage,
When a horse dances in the union of
Spirit and Earth,
At once anchored,
And lifting.
I, too, find myself in transit
From mind to heart,
From body to soul.
There is no road map to New Earth.
Just shut your eyes
And flow.
