Shameless are the young girls

Who see their bodies

As plump and joyful engines

Of abundance

Whose limbs know

Uncomplicated pleasures

Who dance without ego

In a state of grace

These girls are not measured with

The eyes of men

Their skin is not layered with

Impersonal prurience

Rather, they understand

That they embody light

Their skin glows

With the radiance of worth

Inside each girl is shameless girl

She is not lost, we her aunts may

Call her forth

We need you!

The time is now

To midwife her collective birth

I love this. I spent a life time feeling my body was not “good enough” in one way or another. I love when I can let go of all of that and just be and feel authentic. Thanks, Alix, this is such an important message. hugs, pat
